Ambition House is a residence built to be let to institutions. The City of Cape Town approved the plans on 15 August 2026 under approval 0049357, and Phase 1 is under construction.
No on-site parking is required under the approved plans.

The room configuration can be adjusted to meet the accreditation standard of the institution, including two-sharing layouts.

A standby generator keeps the building running through load shedding.
Delivered in phases
Phase 1 serves the 2027 intake. The remaining beds follow, so an institution can grow into the building.
